1. What Data We Collect

The only places on this site that collect personal data are the membership application form and the sponsorship/contact form, both of which you fill out voluntarily. For the full list of fields these forms collect and their purpose, see the Data Protection Notice.

Browsing the rest of the site (blog, projects, gallery, verification page, sponsorship page, etc.) doesn't collect any personal data.

2. Cookies and Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure site traffic and performance. These tools don't use cookies and produce aggregated, anonymous statistics that don't identify you (e.g. how often a page is visited, page load time). We don't use third-party cookies for advertising or tracking.

A single session cookie is used for team members who log into the admin panel; this cookie only concerns team members signing into admin, not visitors to the site.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

• Form submissions are delivered to the team as email via Resend.
• Membership applications, where configured, are stored on Neon (a Postgres database provided through the Vercel Marketplace).
• The site is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure.

4. Sharing With Third Parties

Your data is never used on another website, by a third-party organization, or for a marketing list. Other than the technical infrastructure providers listed above, your data is not shared with or sold to anyone.

5. Crypto Donation Section

The crypto donation section on the sponsors page only shows the team's publicly accessible wallet address. Even though a transaction you send from your own wallet is publicly visible on the blockchain, this site doesn't track or record who made a donation.

6. Security

Data from the forms can only be accessed by authorized team members through the admin panel, over a password-protected session.
